Modernisation in phases

Some improvements to your elevator may require larger scale upgrades or replacement works that cannot be done as an isolated enhancement. Phased upgrades aim to keep the lift in service in between the phases of the upgrade, allowing progressive improvements to take place whilst minimising the impact of lift availability in the building.

A phased upgrade requires more planning, so that each phase can be completed in a shortest time period, leaving the lift fully operational at the end, before the next phase is scheduled to start.
