The TIME service contract combines this expertise with the latest technology to proactively call for a maintenance visit at prescribed intervals to ensure that the lift remains in good working order, everyday.
The maintenance intervals are set according to a condition inspection of the lift, the rate of daily use, the make/model and age.
This concept targets maintenance resource according to the level of engineering support that is need for each lift to remain reliably operational, allowing all elevators to receive the optimum amount of maintenance, maximising lift availability and offering potential to reduce service billings over the long term.
