Troubleshooting most types of controllers is made simple with the issue of diagnostic tools to our service engineers. - Technical Publications
Knowledge is important to our service engineers, a wealth of information about the different manufacture and types of elevators has been collected by ITS; manuals are available containing adjustment data, diagnostic and technical detail - these are kept up to date with the latest developments in technology. - Training
Continuous technical training at the ITS dedicated training centre and on site ensures that our engineers are competent with old and new technology and all types of elevator equipment. - Simulators
Controller simulators and elevator equipment including lifting machines, overspeed governors, hydraulic valves and pumps and door operators are available at the ITS centre to train technicians, troubleshoot and conduct system level testing.
